Late addition to the chocolates this year, but I just got my hands on some Ruby Chocolate. This is the first new chocolate in over 80 years.  So step aside Dark, Milk, and White Chocolate; Ruby is here and the taste is better than any out there.  The filling is an almond prailine so that the flavor of the chocolate can really show through.
